In this vast world, Penang proves just how small it can be. Today at Hin Bus, something extraordinary happened that reminded us of the power of kindness and the interconnectedness of our lives. We had the pleasure of meeting Miss Su, the People Culture Director at Vitrox and coincidentally, she is also the wife of our esteemed CEO !

Tonight, I would like to take this opportunity to share a personal story about myself. My name is Edwin Ng, your friendly neighborhood Technical Support Engineer at Vitrox Technologies. While I dedicate my days to my full-time role, I've also taken on the incredible journey of founding a startup business that is close to my heart.

But before we dive into that, let me share a personal story that touched me deeply. A few years ago, I was involved in a car accident with motorcycle riders right in front of Vitrox. Naturally, I was filled with worry and anxiety, wondering what consequences awaited me.

Little did I know, Miss Su, in her kindness, requested that I visit her office. I feared she would scold or blame me, or perhaps give me a stern warning regarding the traffic incident. To my surprise, instead of blame or scolding, she offered me some financial assistance to help settle the police report and repair my car. This simple act of generosity touched my heart profoundly. Amidst the chaos and difficulties I faced during that time, her gesture reminded me of the importance of lending a helping hand to those in need 💖

It is experiences like these that inspire myself and us to create a sustainable business model that not only benefits people 👦👩 but also supports wildlife 🐘🐅🦧 and our environment 🌍.
